Fiji has countless islands with a huge assortment of tropical shores and environments. Some have smooth sand and trees flanking the sand while others like this one see more rocky. This beach was as calm as a painting but covered with these smooth rocks worn from years of surf washing over them.

I was born in Washington DC and have spent most of my time in northern Virginia. I live in Leesburg with my wife and 2 young kids. Photography has become a passion for me in the last few years. It actually really grew out of toy photography! A lot of my work here is toy photography - Star Wars, Marvel, Batman, and more. As a toy collector, it is really fun for me to bring these things to life. It allows me to feel like a kid and an artist all at once. But I also really love nature and the outdoors which I'm just as passionate about. I was fortunate enough to travel to both Hawaii and Fiji with my wife a few years back so I have a big affinity for the tropical scenery and wildlife.
